Any recognized sorority or fraternity that does not comply with the requirements of AB 524 will be suspended from campus recognition. USC's report will be published annually on or before October 1 for the preceding academic year, as required by the Campus-Recognized Sorority and Fraternity Transparency Act (AB 524). California requires all universities to publish an annual report on each university-recognized social fraternity and sorority chapter.
